Nice mixing! Need to work on your voice a bit though. Give it multiple tries and stretch your voice out. It sounds like you winged it. Cut out parts and do it a step at a time if you have to. No hard feelings of course; the song was still rather enjoyable.

Thank you I will do that next time

Good use of panning. Drums are too muddy (too much low end?). Make the kick punchier and make the drums lounder. Synth that comes in at around 30 seconds sounds good but needs a change in timing imo. 1:13 and on was enjoyable. Also nice ending.

TheNGVirus responds:

Thanks, man! I'll keep it in mind!
Hell, I'll even improve it especially for you!

Better now than never! Practice and you'll get better.

Thanks for your advice! :)

Listening to all the different styles at once was definitely a treat. I could even recognize a few. All of it of absolutely superb quality.

Good balancing, smooth transitions, great use of panning. I feel the click in the :hat - snare - hate: loop needs to be reduced. (the click works when coupled with the bass drum though) That and a couple of synths, such as the one that hit at 0:14 and the bell at 1:46, hurt my ears a bit. Overall a fun techno song that incorporates your style. Unique and fitting. Even while blended stays interesting.
...Also nice ending

DESHIEL responds:

My perception of the song is limited to my sennheisers :(

thanks for leting me know. ;)

Kicks off strong. The first two synths come in quite well. The synth at 30 feels too crowded out for the way it is presented. Id say reduce the volume of the beginning/primary synth to allow room for other sounds to be heard more clearly.
Needs work on mastery, clarity, and the eq. Composition is fun but lacking oomph.
You are better than i thought you would be when you gave me the pm tbh!

xxUltimaWeapon responds:

I did notice that the last synth to come in was a little quieter than I wanted it, but I wasn't sure how to give it the oomph it needed lol. Thanks for the review, and i'm glad you enjoyed it. I'll definitely hit you up when I improve and see what you think. :D

Good use of percussion. Great use actually, it's constant change throughout the beginning kept my interest. Sadly it didn't change much after. The synth underlying in 1:04 fades under the mix too hard. I suggest adjusting the phaser. The ambience effects were nice, but only keep attention for so long. Needs a break earlier imho but the break around 3:33 was done well. And the sub bass is a bit loud.

Thank you for the review. I'll keep it in mind for next time. Honestly, I didn't master any part of the track. I just dropped everything into the pot and stirred it together. Somethings, I get into mastering and by the end I'm not happy with the result so I just drop the track. Thanks again for the detailed advice!

Decent ambient piece. Needs some improvement in mastering. The extreme one sided panning is an annoyance if used to too long and the beginning scared the shit out of me.
Some of it i like. Some of it i don't.

ThePulp responds:

This was pretty much just one sound effect that I screwed around with for a couple of hours to create this weird sounding piece.

It's not all that good, I agree.
